HEALTHY NAILS

During summertime we unintentionally damage our nails more than any other period of the year. In order to prevent that, there are 6 easy and simple things to  do:

 

#1 Use moisturizer before going to bed

#2 Try to avoid chemical products or use gloves if necessary

#3 Rest your nails between polishing.

#4 Have frequent manis and pedis (no less than once a month)

#5 Use a nail & cuticle oil or hardener with vitamins

#6 Choose a non-acetone nail polish remover
