We ship to all 50 States in the US. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO / DPO addresses.
US Ground Shipping - Free on orders over $250
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Ground orders - 6-8 business days
• 2-Day - 2 business days
• Overnight - 1 business day
For presale items, please check the product page to see the expected ship date. The expected ship date is an estimate, and we will update you if there are any delays.
International Shipping -we offer free shipping on all orders over $1000.
Otherwise, the final shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout, depending on your destination country.
If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. We ask you first to report your lost package to the shipping carrier. Once you do, please reach out to olga@olganikoza.com
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number for your package.
Reach out to us, and if the product was not yet shipped and what you are looking for is available, we will be happy to make the change.

If it were not processed yet, we would be able to make a cancellation; otherwise, if the warehouse has processed the order, we would be unable to cancel it.

To complete your return, simply attach the prepaid return shipping label, which we provided for your convenience.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in a brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it, with all labels attached.
Not Refundable - Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, Items that were on sale and not refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected. We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus the return shipping cost.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The best way to exchange your item, is to return it first and then place a new order.
